Warming up the advanced horse

In this exercise Gareth Hughes, GB national team member, describes how he warms up his advanced horses. He states the importance of starting small and not asking for the big movements until the horse is warm and supple. Otherwise you will just create tension and the horse will not be able to perform at it's best.
