Instead of the usual crosstie session, let's shake things up and find a new spot to brush your horse.

👉 Step 1: Choose a different area, away from the usual crossties, to groom your horse. Begin in an area where he can remain relaxed, as you progress you can always find more difficult areas. Do not tie him, but keep him online.

👉 Step 2: Begin your session with some of the groundwork you have worked on previously. Utilize this time to its fullest potential by being fully present and in the moment with your horse.

👉 Step 3: Pay close attention to the cues and questions your horse may be expressing.

👉 Step 4: Practice clear communication by responding attentively to your horse's needs and inquiries.

Remember, this isn't just about grooming your horse; it's about fostering a deeper connection through clear communication and mutual understanding.
