This week in our training program is about compassion and, specially, self-compassion. We are quite good at blaming ourselves and noticing our flaws or shortcomings. Sometimes it may feel that those are all we notice! If we would pause for a moment and pay attention to the tone of voice we are using towards ourselves, we might notice that it is not too encouraging or kind.

On the contrary, our minds tend to cling on to the negative things in us and around us, leaving the positive things in the background.

So now we’ll try to be kind, accepting and friendly towards ourselves – just as we are today. It is enough. You are enough.
