Creating expression in the trot

UK national team rider Gareth Hughes explains how to create expression in the trot. He first shows one of his horse's natural trot, which is not that big and impressive. He then shows how he uses his seat and half halts to add cadence and suspension, which results in a completely different quality in the trot.
